There are visions, there are memories ,there are echoes of thundering hooves , there are fires, there is laughter . They are watching, they are waiting , they are witnessing life’s mysteries , they are dancing as far as the sea  leading on to its destiny .

Take me with you on this journey – where the boundaries of time are now tossed-in cathedrals of the forest , in the words of the tongues now lost .

Find the answers, ask the questions , find the roots of an ancient tree , take me dancing, take me singing , I’ll dance untill the moon meets the sea…

Mi-am sucit o glezna, incercand sa ocolesc o idee, mi-am curentat un cot ,( stiti voi cum e ) incercand sa infasor niste chestii organizate in stil dezorganizat ( but that’s just me). Le-am lasat pe toate balta -gandurile- incercand sa fiu calma si relaxata cum recomanda cei intelepti-  mi-am dus sarbatoarea pe deck- in picioarele goale- unde asteptau ele, razand in soare  strigandu-mi : * agata-ne pe cer , acolo unde zboara Robin- sa-i vedem minunea*

*This is the old lady. She’s almost 300 years old,* said Arabella Steinbacher of her beautifully crafted violin. *We’ve been through a lot, my Stradivarius …*

Impreuna , Arabella si *old lady* si-au facut debutul cu Baltimore Symphony Orchestra in satul meu la  Music Center at Strathmore.

O seara de neuitat pentru *two old ladies*

All gave some , Some gave  all  …!

freedom is not free

In Flanders Fields
John McCrae, 1915.
In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields….  ………RESPECT AND HONOR !!!unknown tomb

Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation’s service. There are many stories as to its actual beginnings, with over two dozen cities and towns laying claim to being the birthplace of Memorial Day. There is also evidence that organized women’s groups in the South were decorating graves before the end of the Civil War: a hymn published in 1867, “Kneel Where Our Loves are Sleeping” by Nella L. Sweet carried the dedication “To The Ladies of the South who are Decorating the Graves of the Confederate Dead” (Source: Duke University’s Historic American Sheet Music, 1850-1920). While Waterloo N.Y. was officially declared the birthplace of Memorial Day by President Lyndon Johnson in May 1966, it’s difficult to prove conclusively the origins of the day. It is more likely that it had many separate beginnings; each of those towns and every planned or spontaneous gathering of people to honor the war dead in the 1860’s tapped into the general human need to honor our dead, each contributed honorably to the growing movement that culminated in Gen Logan giving his official proclamation in 1868. It is not important who was the very first, what is important is that Memorial Day was established. Memorial Day is not about division. It is about reconciliation; it is about coming together to  HONOR THOSE WHO GAVE THEIR ALL .

Tom Waits | News | Southside Johnny Birthday/ Waits Red Vinyl For Holidays.

Grapefruit moon, one star shining
Shining down on me
Heard that tune, and now I’m pining
Honey, can’t you see?
‘Cause every time I hear that melody
Something breaks inside
And the grapefruit moon, one star shining
Can’t turn back the tide

Never had no destinations
Could not get across
You became my inspiration
Oh, but what a cost
And every time I hear that melody
Something breaks inside
And the grapefruit moon, one star shining
Is more than I can hide

Now I’m smoking cigarettes
And I strive for purity
And I slip just like the stars
Into obscurity
And every time I hear that melody
Puts me up a tree
And the grapefruit moon, one star shining
Is all that I can see

In fiecare femeie salasuieste  o * Holly* Ne seamana. E chipul sub care suntem iubite.  Il purtam cu mandrie .

Si fie ca viata sa ne poarte mereu pe creasta  ei precum visam cand , tineri , in marea noastra trufie , credeam pamantul  cutreierat de zei .

Mi-am pastrat din toate  aceste vise rochia neagra *givenchy*- it’s a must -,  toate avem  una , nu-i asa??-  manusile pana la cot , negre,  misterul unei palari, siragul de perle .

Cu nonsalanta unui porttigaret m-am oglindit zile intregi , pana m-a descoperit tata .

Optimismul  nebun , a aparut cand strigam libelulele  , nu m-a parasit niciodata , e ca  rochia neagra ,*a must*.

Eleganta a  venit treptat pe cand paseam ca Alice in tara minunilor .

Nelinistea s-a cuibarit iesita-n zori in slava , sa n-ating gresit drumul nimanui .

Holly are candoarea unui copil. Zambet misterios, ascuns sagalnic de  femeie . Are privirea trista a unei zile urate . Exaltari. Taceri incapatanate ale spaimelor ei. Indrazneli sa fure  o masca . Dorinte si vise stralucitoare . Pisica.  O camera ordonata in dezordinea ei.  Pantofi pusi dupa perna, cautati in frigider .Un nas turtit  pe geamul vitrinei.   Breakfast la Tiffany’s -macar odata in viata-….

Holly-a girl can’t read that sort of thing without her lipstick…., my huckleberry friend , Holly .
